This collection of items from the Demo lot, features a wide variety of one of a kind collectibles and antiques collected from all over the world during a life time of travels. We are excited to have the exclusive opportunities to present these unique items to you. Everything up for auction is show in our picture tab, click over there to discover the perfect piece for your home or collection. Or even come tour the grand Demo estate ahead of time on any of our viewing times to inspect these treasure in person and fully appreciate their true magnificence.

The auction will be held on the Demo Estates at 10:00 am April 9th, get there early to make sure you get a seat.

Your Name Auctions

(Brading Area) Your Name Auctions is a family run business and has been a trusted part of our community for decades. We are decicated to serving the needs of the citizens of Sample County.

Auction Fruit: This fruit was all grown on the demo estates and will be part of the refreshment offered at the auction, in addition many of the saplings will be part of the auction.

A collection of old sheet music: John Demo, was a devote patron of the arts and an avid collector of original compositions. Among his collection are had written pieces from previously unknown musicians who where thought lost to time as well as works by those who are household names.

An Antique Microscope: According to Mr.Demo's family this microscope was gifted to him by an emanate scientist of the day

Trumpet Mouthpiece: This mouth piece was once used by Louis Armstrong when he played at John Demo's 60th birthday celebration.

Classic Cars: The Demo Estates' garage contains cars from every decade, a must see for any car fanatic.

Buyer authorizes auctioneer to release buyer's assets to any individual in possession of the Buyer's sales receipt.

Buyers should bring 4 wheel dollies, tools, proper size truck, and labor to safely move items from the floor to the loading area.

Buyers who are unfamiliar with the requirements of moving or disassembling items should arrange for professional assistance.

Please note: In the unlikely event an item is not available for pickup, the buyer must, notify our onsite staff and forward a claim to the Auctioneer by using the contact form on the auctioneers website within 24 hours of the pickup date.

After 24 hours, the Auctioneer and buyer agrees that that no adjustment or refund will be made.

Remember, NO refunds or chargebacks will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a removal fee.

Buyers that do not remove their items within the specified removal times will have their bidding privileges suspended you will be required to contact the administrator to reactivate your account. (2) Occurrences will result in permanent suspension of bidding privileges.

Buyer has read understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of the auction. All items sold as-is, where-is, without any expressed or implied warranty. Buyer acknowledges receipt and responsibility for all merchandise. No adjustments, returns or refunds will be issued.
